个人简历
郭志成, 1986年8月出生,理学博士,讲师。2008年7月考入重庆邮电大学光电工程学院微电子学与固体电子学专业攻读硕士学位; 2011年9月考入四川大学物理科学与技术学院凝聚态物理专业攻读博士学位,并到中国工程物理研究院流体物理研究所进行联合培养。目前, 主要从事合金以及半导体材料极端条件下物性的第一性原理研究, 以及III-V半导体表面吸附性能(表面钝化)的模拟研究。在Philos. Mag.,Comp. Mater. Sci., Physica B等国际期刊上发表了多篇论文被SCI检索。E-mail:guozhicheng@swust.edu.cn.
